North Perth Community Hospice is here to provide compassionate support to. We specialize in Palliative and Grief Support Services. North Perth Community Hospice was incorporated in 1993. It is governed by a Board of Directors and partially funded through a service agreement with South West LHIN and the Government of Ontario. Forty percent of the operating funds are raised through community donations and fundraising events and campaigns. Update description
